To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.You must provide a proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boonser.com within 2 business days of receiving your product to receive a return authorization.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
